Nicole accepts private pay only.
If you’re using private pay, we can provide you with a superbill. This is just a special type of receipt that lists the details of your sessions in the format insurance companies require. You can send it directly to your insurance company to see if they’ll reimburse you for some of the cost. How much you get back depends on your plan’s out-of-network benefits, so it’s always a good idea to check with your provider.

Intake Assessment — $250
Comprehensive initial evaluation to understand your concerns, history, and current needs
Focused assessment of symptoms, functioning, and treatment goals
Review of relevant personal and clinical history to guide care planning
Development of an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs
Determination of appropriate level of care, including psychotherapy and/or ART when indicated
Opportunity to clarify expectations and ask questions about the therapeutic process
Individual Psychotherapy Session — $200
55-minute therapy session
Focus on ongoing treatment, emotional processing, and skill-building
Support for trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Session — $250
60-minute structured trauma-focused therapy session
Uses eye movement and imagery rescripting techniques to process distressing memories and emotional triggers
Session length is typically 60 minutes based on clinical need
Extended ART Session (when clinically indicated) — +$50 (total $300)
Up to 90 minutes total session time
Used when additional time is needed for deeper processing or clinical containment
Offered based on therapist recommendation and client need
