Brooke Sarno, LCSW

Welcome! Are you living with pain of untreated trauma? Recovery from trauma is possible. Are you struggling with a long-term issue like depression or anxiety? Does it interfere with your life, causing you excessive worry or guilt? Have you only more recently found yourself facing a difficult life change causing you self-doubt or struggle with negative feelings about yourself? I'm here to support you on your journey towards a happier, more fulfilling life. Therapy can be a useful tool to make changes and create balance to live a happier life.

I am an ART certified therapist (acceleratedresolutiontherapy.com). ART, a SAMHSA evidenced based revolutionary therapy for trauma, anxiety, or any problem is usually completed in 1-5 sessions. I also use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat PTSD (cptforptsd.com). This is a type of therapy effective in reducing PTSD symptoms delivered in 12 sessions.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, practicing for 23 years. I have inpatient and outpatient experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds. I believe in a person-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy to create a safe, supportive environment in order to promote stability, reduce symptoms and empower you to facilitate positive change to help in achieving your goals. If I seem like the right fit, please give me a call!
